Previously, only admin users were able to invite merchants to enroll. **Step 1** To invite a merchant to enroll simply navigate to the Helpdesk and select "Add New Ticket"   [![helpdesk](https://energy.iriscrm.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/helpdesk-1.png?width=1001&height=152&name=helpdesk-1.png)](https://energy.iriscrm.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/helpdesk-1.png)   **Step 2** Select "IRIS Enrollment (Auto)" as the ticket type. You can also enable which user classes will be able to see the ticket type in the permissions menu. Just check the user classes that you want to have access to use our new feature.
